The terms that govern your use of ReShot.
ReShot provides AI-powered property photo enhancement. You upload photos, we process and return enhanced versions. The service is provided on a credit basis (pay-as-you-go or monthly plan) as described on our pricing page.
You must be 18 or over to use ReShot. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reshot.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may use ReShot to enhance photos of properties you own, manage, or have authorisation to photograph and market. You must not:
ReShot enhances what is already in your photo. It does not add furniture, rooms, or features that do not exist. You remain responsible for ensuring your property listings are accurate and compliant with UK advertising regulations.
Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
If you are not satisfied with an enhanced photo, contact us at support@reshot.co.uk and we will re-process it for free or refund the credit used. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees except where required by law. We will refund credits where a quality check failure was not detected prior to processing.
You own all photos you upload and all enhanced versions we return to you. By uploading photos you grant ReShot a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store those photos solely to provide the service. We make no claim of ownership over your content.
The ReShot platform, software, and brand are owned by ReShot Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
ReShot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all photos will produce satisfactory results. Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of ReShot is limited to the total amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ReShot after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
